Order Changes/Cancelations
When you place an order and you receive confirmation it is very difficult, if not impossible, for changes to be made to the order after that. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to correct it, before it is shipped however, we cannot make any guarantees. We ask that you double and triple check that your order is accurate (name, address, email, products, etc.) before clicking Pay Now.
If you have already received tracking information the order cannot be canceled. We can assist with processing an exchange or return at that point, just fill out our Contact Us Form!
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time before the order is confirmed. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at the time of purchase.
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
