Processing and Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of your order.
Reminder: Expedited shipping does not expedite our processing time.
US Orders
All orders are shipped via USPS. Subscribers and purchases over $50 will receive free shipping. Non-subscription orders below $50 will accrue a shipping fee which will be calculated at checkout. On average, free shipping takes about 3-5 business days to receive. Expedited shipping typically takes about 1-3 business days.
International Orders
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the mailing address provided. Transit time can vary greatly for international shipping. Please use our store locator to see if we're in a store near you!
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase:

60-Day Return/Exchange Policy for Unopened Products
In addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, we offer a 60-day return or exchange policy for any unopened products:
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must have been purchased directly from skingrip.com or our Amazon Storefront.
- Shipping address is within the US.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Options:
Customers can exchange the product for another or receive a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and can take 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
International Returns + Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S.
