Feed the tubing through the large opening and then out the small slit — pull it all the way through.
Slip your Mobi pump into the large pocket opening.
Reconnect your tubing and you’re good to go.

I love using the Tandem Mobi Skin Grip patches!! They have not come off at all and my skin is particular about adhesives. This one has not caused a rash, yet has stayed in place for 10 days. I usually change them the same time I do my G7. Try them!!!

These pocket patches are tenacious! I use them for ten day stretches and after that they are still difficult to remove. My preferred location is the upper arm, and it is a bit tricky inserting the pump using only one hand. For ease of use, I enlarge the opening for the tubing, but once you get it all set up, the patches are very comfortable.
Great patches takes up very little real-estate
i was so excited for this product. the first order they were immediately peeling off and was sent a replacement pack of the same ones which also unfortunely peeled off within 5 minutes or less if not immediate even after following all proper steps, but they were not able to send another replacement although both packs failed i suppose, however truly the best customer service team i have dealt with, very kind and knowledgeable absolutely no complaints with the amazing customer service! just wish they would have adhered or replaced with good ones!
No skin irritation on my daughter’s sensitive skin and so easy to pull off
The standard ones from tandem have a hard plastic piece. These are entirely flexible so they are really comfortable. They also stay on really well. I’ve done 3 site changes without moving the adhesive sleeve and my skin wasn’t even irritated. The only bad thing is trying to feed the tubing through the little hole by yourself. If someone else can help you, it’s fine. Or if you stick the adhesive sleeve somewhere you can use 2 hands, it’s all good. I just keep getting the end bit - the connector at the end of the tubing - stuck in the little hole when I’m using 1 hand.
It’s easy to remove from my daughter’s sensitive skin and never leaves a rash behind. I wish there were more cutesy color options for children.
These are the absolute best! They stay put and last several site changes. My son says they are more comfortable than anything that he has tried. Please make them in more color options and prints! That would by far be the cherry on top! Thanks! Keep up the great work!
My 3 year old uses these with his tandem mobi! It’s a nice option when he doesn’t want to clip to his shirt. We love them! We would love to see more colors or designs for kids!
I have been wearing Mobi for over a year now. While tandem’s patches are great and I’ve had no problem, I wanted to try this one. After 1 day, I love it!! 😍 it feels so secure, there’s no hard plastic and I don’t even feel it on my skin. This will now be my go-to pouch. It’s perfect and can’t wait for more colors to come out!!
Literally the best patch I’ve found! It does not come off until I want it to and the little goo remover wipes are perfect for taking care of any little bit of left over stickiness. Much better than some of the “cheaper” patches which don’t cover the skin under the mobi and cause a sweaty sticky mess. These skin grip patches protect the skin and the mobi at the same time!

Takes a while to decide how and where to mount it as my vials tube is 23 inches due to the type of infusion line I need . I do value the products skin grip offers fo CGM and pump concerns
Difficult to place didn't last maybe 2 days came apart! this happened with the 2 I used and were from different packs!
My daughter prefers these over the Tandem ones because they’re soft and stick better. And I will do anything and buy anything that will help make life with T1D even just the tiniest bit easier for her. We love this product and the company is wonderful. I had an issue with my most recent order (not the company’s fault) and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you for being so amazing and making such a great product.
These have been pretty reliable. They’re much better than the stickers that come with pump and they have been pretty reliable for my daughter when she puts the pump on her leg.
I enjoyed the product as far as the style, color choices, and compatibility with my pump. The adhesive, however, I feel could be stronger. By the end of the 2nd day wearing on the back of my arm, nearly one whole side of the adhesive had lifted from my skin, and I ended up using medical tape to adhere it for the 3rd day until my pump cartridge ran out. Overall, this is a great product, I just wish the adhesive were a little stronger.

By far the best Tandem Mobi patch I’ve found. This patch has held up through everything my teen has put it through, especially during this busy summer. Between football practices, baseball games, and nonstop activity, not a single patch has failed. It’s durable, reliable, and gives us one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a patch that truly stays in place!

Best patch ive ever used in 45 years of pump use! Very happy with outcome.
The patch size is insufficient for the pump, leading to skin tension. For better adhesion, I recommend applying the adhesive grip while the pump is in place
Not the right thing for what I needed.
First of all the small end to put the infusion connector through is too small. You have to cut it larger and second of all if you have this any place on your body where you cannot use two hands it’s almost impossible to do it alone. And I live alone so unless this skin grip goes on my stomach area where I can use two hands it is not an option. not sure why you need that second hole couldn’t it all be just one secure grip that you slide the Mobi into. It’s OK, but until you come up with something better that a single person can use, guess I have to go back to the tandem adhesive sleeve
Love these pocket patches! I have even been able to wear them over the course of two site changes (5-6 days), which is great when traveling. No irritation upon removal, either!

Sticks very well without causing irritation. I like that I don't have to tuck my pump into my clothing now!
I would really like to see a small tab to easily find the hole that the tubing goes through when you cant see your backside. The biggest issue i found is that the slot the tubing goes through is only on one side so if the infusion site needs to change location you have no option to flip the pump around without using sharp objects near your skin to cut a new one.

I love the skin grip for my mobi lt last a full 10 days probably more i just have to change sides every 10 days. It also has a very small foot print unlike any other patch i have tryed
these do not stay on at all. the first pack i bought 3/5 i placed on after prepping and they literally just fell off like there was no adhesive. the replacement pack i received the first and only one i used began to pull off within an hour. unless you use an adhesive wipe they do not stay on. i really wish these stayed on, maybe it was just the black ones that did this, i was going to try the tan after but for the price i did not want to waste more money. perfect size though

Love the smaller size in comparison to others I have and work best on arms vs larger ones I will not buy again but only use on thighs. I am able to secure my mobi and then leave it on and keep using it as I rotate my infusion sites around the patch for a minimum of 4 site changes.
