How to Use
- Step 1: Prep skin. Be sure it is clean and dry.
- Step 2: Apply a medical grade liquid adhesive, such as Skin Tac, onto skin and wait 30 seconds to dry.
- Step 3: Remove adhesive backing from infusion set.
- Step 4: Line up Skin Defender with infusion set, textured side facing the cannula, and press it to the cannula when center hole is lined up.
- Step 5: Apply infusion set to prepared site on skin.
- Step 6: Place Skin Grip patch over infusion set.
*Although our testers reported greatly reduced and even eliminated irritation, this is an improvised solution and not medically approved; we offer no guarantees.
*These patches are reusable and can be removed with adhesive remover, washed with soap and water, and used again.
