I just spent a week at the beach with my Dexcom Skin Grip Max. This is far better than the original patch. No peeling or fraying it stayed in place. I was afraid of the transmitter getting salt water in but everything stayed put and worked well.
These patches are above and beyond the best I’ve tried! Withstands hot yoga (98degrees and 80% humidity with constant sweat) the other patches I tried (NJAP) couldn’t hold a candle to the strength and toughness of the Skin Grip patches! Won’t buy anything else again! I’m a forever customer now!

Skin Grip Max for the Dexcom 6 are awesome! I have yet to have one peel off for any reason. I apply it with a new sensor and then peel it off with sensor replacement. They hold up well even after showering, cycling, you-name-it. I love the added security they provide to the Dexcom 6 adhesive patch. I'm not sure I'd rely on the Dexcom 6 adhesive alone.

I have been using the original skin grip overlays but I decided to go with the skin grip max because this is my first time trying it on my forearm and the max would not cover my whole arm like the original. Just hoping that there will be more color options in the future.
I'm one of a growing number of "diabadasses" that prefers to wear their cgm on their arm. Attached is a pic of my second patch for my second sensor. The first one went on w/o a hitch b/c I had help w/putting it on. I've used the original skin grips and find they are easier to slap on with one hand b/c of the positioning of the 4 white backing strips. The max version is more durable, and I like that it is thinner and smaller in overall size. However, please consider re-designing the way the peel off backing is cut, similar to the original's design.

I love the Skin Grip Max for Dexcom! The material is perfect. It doesn't fray or roll up. It's a tad smaller too which is nice since we want to remain a little private. Just got back from a week on the beach and I had zero issues with it. Between sweat, sand and ocean water it stayed in place and still looked good at the end of my 10 days. I'd love to see them in subdued colors or designs. Thanks for making being a diabetic a bit easier. Sandi B.
These hold very well for a long time, they do better than 10 days. I use the Dexcom patch for way longer than 10 days.
Easy to put around the transmitter
HIGHLY recommend the MAX patches for water sports. I used one with my Dexcom for the first time over a long trip to Hawaii. It lasted through three snorkeling excursions, multiple trips in the ocean outside of that, sweaty hikes, and sunscreen reapplications. Didn’t have an issue ever with it. Gave me so much peace of mind.
I wear the Dexcom G6 and use these adhesives. However, they do not last the whole 10 day wear. They do fray so I have to use The Sugar Patch adhesive on top for it to last. I am now just trying The Sugar Patch adhesive only to see how it goes. If they do not last the whole 10 days, I will go back to my combination of these adhesives and The Sugar Patch adhesive.
Stays in place for whole 10 days for Dexcom G6. I use it as an overlay on my stomach. Great product. Does not peel off even when I shower.
They aren’t sticking like normal, maybe we got a bad batch? My husband works outside in florida and this order is not holding up like normal

Adhesive not strong enough for 10 day wear. Does not last 10 days. Needs to be more waterproof.
The skin colored are the most secure and stay on the full 10 days.

I love it! In the hot steamy chicago summer, it has allowed me to partipate in my passion- golf without having to worry if my dexcom will fall off.
we have been using the patches for several years with absolutely no problems that whole time. The ones we have gotten this time are even better for removing the backing.
The over patch works well to hold your CGM in place. It's not easy to put on your arm. 3 peel strips, 1 would be better. Plus, some rigidity would be nice. I need help applying the patch. Once it's on, it's great.
After 30 years of taking shots with syringes in my midsection, “stomach “, I have a lot of scare tissue. I put my dexcom sensor in my thigh. The extra patch prevents from knocking it off while putting on clothes or while working.
The patch irritated my skin quite badly, and I had to remove it, very discouraging. What shall I do with all of the remaining patches?
I have tried pretty much every patch possible and always went back to Skin Grip. The rest were a waste of money!
Dexcom covers seem to last only about 5 days b4 they start wanting to peel off. Skin grip stays on the entire 10 days. Love them
