⚠️*MAX patches are not recommended for individuals with sensitive skin. They are more aggressive than Skin Grip Original.
My son loves these. It’s large enough to cover the sensor and it stays on all 10 days! I’m allergic to the adhesive but wish I wasn’t so I could also use them. I’m going to order the adhesive remover with our next order because it is difficult to remove.
I love Skin Grip! It has been a savings grace. I've had issues with my sensor staying on. I was advised to use the medical adhesive pad for IV's. For some reason that always was too tight and caused pain at the sensor needle site. Also redness where it touched my skin.
With Skin Grip. It's an easy on and stay on without coming off grip. No redness or itching at application site. I do have to say. It's does hurt coming off, probably as much as a bandaid tho you can't just rip these off.
I really appreciate the manufacturing of this product.
Thanks.
I absolutely love these. They stay put! No red marks from adhesive after removal. You do have to clean off adhesive with alcohol wipes.
I had a problem with my sensor falling off. No more, this stays on for the two weeks your sensor stays on, even in the shower.
I want to like these, but maybe I had a bad batch. Or two. Some of them work fantastically, and I have to wait longer to take it off because of how solid they are. But a good chunk of my package has been giving me issues. I put this patch on last night, took a shower in the morning, and now it is wearing off. I saved my sensor by putting more skin tac on the patch so it’s holding for now, but this has been a problem with about half of the patches I bought. I’m giving it one more try, because the ones that have been working were great. I’m just tired of losing sensors because the patch won’t stay on. I don’t feel like I’m overly active, I do water aerobics twice a week for 30 minutes and shower normally.
I purchased the max grip first off to see how well it holds up. I was losing my sensor every four to five days from sweating and showering. In this photo I’m 10 days in and it’s holding like the day I put it on. It seems to shrink a little as time passes. I work outside in this extreme heat and sweat like a water fall. I highly recommend this product.
Have used skin grip for a while now. Tried new max grip patches, which is holding well, but patch is not very appealing to the eye. Was very careful when applying and am normally good with regular patches. These ones wrinkle badly. And color wearing off. Maybe the flesh colored ones would be a better options.
Skin grip keeps my libre secured to my arm the entire 14 days. I was hesitant at first to try skin grip due to me having allergies to adhesives. However skin grip didn't cause any issues for me and did exactly what my friend told me it would do. Clean the area well in which you wish your meter to be allow the skin to dry and apply. Skin grip then holds it in place. I highly recommend you try these. I had issues with my meters coming off while using other products but not with skin grip. Very pleased.
Thanks Skin Grip for great product.
Completely different than the original! The first one I used had to be pulled off on the 14th day (still stuck)! The original would start coming off within 10 days and being stuck to the sensor itself would cause issues but the MAX having that barrier for the sensor makes removal easier and safe not to pull the sensor off as well. It doesn’t seem to lay as well without wrinkles as the original did (as seen in the pic) but the fact that it stayed on the entire time is worth dealing with wrinkles! I did use the skintac wipes just like with the original so I suggest sticking with them!
These are the best patches I've ever used. They hold up super good, even while being physically active 💪🏽.
It is day 12 and they still hold on very good. The flexibility of these patches are very very good as well. I recommend using skin grip for all diabetic patients with a glucose monitor.
These patches are wonderful! Easy to apply and stay in place the full 14 days when applied as directions say. The best part for me is no allergic reaction to the adhesive! I highly recommend the Skin Grip MAX for glucose sensors.
Skin Grip is an excellent product.
My son has the Libre2 & I have the Dexcom7 patch. They are the perfect fit for our CGM, waterproof and they last the duration of the sensor without the edges curling.
Would definitely recommend.
I bought the regular skin grips but I could never get them to stay on more than a day or two. Which of course I sometimes would lose a sensor before its time ran up. I guess I sweat too much. But with these new extra strength grips I can use 1 for 15 days and not have any problem! I even have been able to use my sensors for the full 15 days cuz the skin grips holds them on my body! Love love love these skins grips!
I never received my order since it went to wrong location. I emailed the team immediately after ordering to notify them that it was going to the correct address and was told that the correct address I provided was where the order would be redirected to, but unfortunately that did not happen.
Lower quality product than past batches. Not sure why you went with a thinner material. This feels like paper, the other had an almost cloth-like thickness. Never lasts the full 2 weeks.
Need a better stronger patch ,I had the patch fall off do to heat ,water ,,and just rubbing, had to use tape to keep it on better, the size of the patch is perfect,
Very satisfied with the patches. Early patches would start shearing along edges when getting wet. New material is much better. Thank you for the improvement.
I am glad that your product exists. For the first time as i was carrying groceries my sensor dislodged and there was pain i my arm and bleeding. The skin grip opened up about 3 inches so removed the sensor and the skin grip. I will
call Free Style 2 to see if it is safe to install new sensor and Skin Grip. Thank you.

These leave a weird bandaid like residue on my skin. I usually get the black ones, which are less attractive, but this adhesive on my skin looks gross. They do, however, stick better than the previous flesh colored ones.
I am using these for a Medtronic Guardian sensor, it fits perfectly and it sticks amazingly! I spend a decent amount of time in the water and the previous tapes and covers would always come loose; not this baby! It stays on for a week (which is when I have to change my sensor) without any edges lifting AT ALL! It is the BEST thing I have used, by far!
